Getting Started - Trial Sessions

Trial Membership - 2 Weeks

Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 14 days. Our initial 2-week Small Group Personal Training membership is a trial period for us both. It's an opportunity for you to experience our space, ethos, and community first-hand. You'll get to know our trainers and members while we assess your fitness level, goals, and support needs. This will help us determine if our program is the right fit for you and how we can best assist you on your fitness journey.
Drop-In Yoga Class

Join our Drop-In Yoga Class for non-members! Spaces are limited to 7 people per 60-minute session, so book your spot today. If you need parking, please email us. We also offer class packs after you've experienced your first session.
Taster Session

Come join our small group personal training classes. This pass is for one person and one class only. We will call you before your class so we can answer any questions you have and make sure you have the best experience possible.
