Whether you’re lifting heavy, learning a new skill, or simply trying to feel a bit more like yourself again, her focus is on progress that lasts.
Sara believes in building strength without breaking yourself in the process. She coaches with honesty, humour, and care—making the process enjoyable, even on the tough days. Her goal? To help you feel powerful in your body, proud of your effort, and supported every step of the way.

Movement is coach Katie’s mood booster, which is why she coaches, knowing how energising and empowering it can feel.
Coach Katie trains to feel strong, grounded, and at home in her body, and loves supporting others to find that same connection. Her approach blends functional training with playful, purposeful movement, shaped by her skill set as a Pilates instructor.
She values balance, sustainability, and body awareness, helping people move well, move often, and move with confidence. It is not about punishment or perfection, it is about showing up, exploring what your body can do, and enjoying the journey. Coach Katie’s goal is to help every client build confidence, find their rhythm, and create a relationship with movement that feels good and lasts.
