One-2-One Personal Training
Our 60-minute personalised training sessions offer a unique and effective approach to achieving your fitness goals. Small group personal training
Join our supportive and challenging environment with our small group personal training, limited to only five people per session.
Enjoy a variety of workouts, including strength training, cardio, mobility exercises and even elements of gymnastics. You might have the opportunity to learn animal flow and boxing routines, depending on the current cycle!
Our program changes every eight weeks, keeping your workouts fresh and exciting. We also offer baby-friendly morning sessions where you're welcome to bring your little one in a pram.
