One-2-One Personal Training

This isn’t cookie-cutter training.

Our 60-minute personal training sessions are built entirely around you — your goals, your pace, your life. Whether you’re just starting out or returning after a break, navigating injury, IVF, menopause, or aiming to push performance, we’re here to meet you exactly where you are.

Each programme is customised by our expert coaches to suit your body, your mindset, and your lifestyle. We’ll start by getting to know you — your training history, movement patterns, and anything you want or need to feel safe, strong, and supported.

Sessions are designed with progression in mind, blending strength, aerobic work, and movement quality, while focusing on form, technique, and long-term results. You’ll be challenged — but never pushed past what’s right for you. Expect guidance, real feedback, and a coach in your corner every step of the way.

Because here, training isn’t about fitting in — it’s about showing up, as you are.

Small group personal training

Real coaching. Real community. Just six people per session.

Our small group personal training offers all the benefits of personal coaching — with the motivation, camaraderie, and energy of a small crew. Each session is limited to just six people, so you’ll always get the support and attention you need, without getting lost in the crowd.

We train in 12-week cycles, broken into three purposeful phases that blend strength training, aerobic work, mobility, and movement quality. Whether you’re building a foundation or chasing progress, our coaching is always progressive, well-structured, and adapted to your individual needs.

We specialise in trauma-informed, inclusive coaching, with particular attention to women’s strength training, perimenopausal and menopausal support, and creating a space where everyone feels safe to show up as they are. This is more than just a class.

It’s where mindset meets movement — and where long-term, feel-good training begins.

BABY & BUGGY

A Small Group session for New Parents.

Our Baby & Buggy programme is built for new parents who want to return to movement safely, gently and without pressure.

These sessions are capped at four people so you feel supported, seen and never lost in the crowd. You can bring your baby, bring the buggy, take breaks whenever you need, feed, change or settle them without feeling like you’re interrupting anything. This space is created for you, not the other way round.

Each parent follows their own personalised plan designed by a certified Hatch Athletic and OPEX coach, with a female coach who is also an expecting parent. This means the coaching is grounded in lived experience, compassion and real understanding of postnatal bodies, energy levels and the emotional load that comes with early parenthood.

Across these sessions you’ll rebuild your core and pelvic floor strength, restore your confidence with movement, and reconnect with your identity outside the fog of newborn life. There is no pressure to 'bounce back', no comparisons, and no judgement. Just steady, supportive training that meets you exactly where you are, week by week.

Most parents tell us they leave feeling calmer, less isolated and more like themselves again. And because community is just as important as movement, we finish each session with coffee and connection, so you have space to talk, breathe and feel held by others who 'get it'.

FOUNDATIONS TRAINING

A More Tailored Approach to Training.

Foundations Training is delivered in structured, twelve week blocks with two coached sessions per week and no more than four people in each session.

Every member follows their own personalised programme, built around their body, current capacity, and goals, allowing you to progress safely while still training alongside others.

Each block includes optional home sessions, full access to our training app for logging workouts, watching movement videos, and completing check ins, plus three complimentary yoga sessions to support mobility and recovery.

This option is ideal for anyone who wants individual attention without committing to one-to-one personal training, or for those who need a more considered, supportive environment than a general group class. For many, Foundations Training becomes the bridge between injury and confidence, between personal training and group sessions, or simply the right level of support for where they are right now.

Yoga & Pilates

Yoga & Pilates, Done Differently.

Our Vinyasa Yoga and Mat Pilates classes are more than just stretch sessions — they’re an essential part of feeling stronger, more balanced, and more connected to your body.

Whether you’re lifting, running, chasing kids, or sitting at a desk all day, these classes offer the grounding, strength, and mobility your body needs to keep showing up. Expect breath-led movement, core-focused control, and space to reset your nervous system — all in an inclusive, welcoming environment.

Our teachers work closely with our coaching team to ensure Yoga and Pilates support the rest of your training — so it all fits together, sustainably. No experience needed, no pressure to perform. Just time on the mat to move, restore, and reconnect.

'73 Online

Built for real life. Not six-week gimmicks.

This isn’t a quick fix. And it’s definitely not a plan for gym-obsessed robots chasing aesthetics. Seventy Three Online is for real people — with families, jobs, moods, busy schedules, and actual lives outside of the gym.

Our training is grounded in science and sustainability, designed to help you build strength, muscle, and confidence — without sacrificing your time, energy, or sanity. Whether you’re training at home or in the gym, every phase is structured, progressive, and purposeful.
