Small group personal training

Join our supportive and challenging environment with our small group personal training, limited to only 5 people per session.

Enjoy a variety of workouts, including strength training, cardio, mobility exercises and even elements of gymnastics.You might have the opportunity to learn animal flow and boxing routines, depending on the current cycle!

Our program changes every 8 weeks, keeping your workouts fresh and exciting. We also offer baby-friendly AM sessions where you're welcome to bring your little one in a pram. 

Personal Training

Our 60 min personalised training sessions are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals in a supportive and effective manner. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, our experienced coach's will create a personalised program tailored to your specific needs. We'll provide expert guidance, proper form, and motivation to ensure you get the most out of every session. 

Yoga

This class is designed to invigorate your body and mind through a series of connected postures linked to your breath.Each pose builds upon the previous, creating a continuous flow that challenges your balance, strength, and flexibility.

Run the Dials

Thursdays at 6:30 PM: Meet us outside the gym for a combined run and strength workout.Sundays at 9:00 AM: Start your weekend right with a refreshing run followed by a social breakfast or coffee.
